Danielle & Matthew's Melbourne Town Hall + Eureka 89 Wedding
Let’s face it getting married at the Melbourne Town hall sounds a bit fancy, and it kinda is. Decorated with priceless antiques and the history that the Melbourne Town Hall has, you start to feel like you’re a part of history when getting married there.
To match the grand history of the Melbourne Town Hall, why not match the grandness with one of Melbourne’s highest buildings, Eureka Tower. Located on the top floor, Danielle and Matthew’s wedding reception was at the restaurant, aptly named Eureka 89, is located on the 89th floor and presents with absolute incredible views of Melbourne.
The Melbourne Town Hall Wedding Ceremony…
The grand staircase at the entrance, the opulent corridors and the beautiful balcony – the perfect setting for this wedding day. The balcony of the Melbourne Town Hall for wedding ceremonies is quintessential Melbourne. With the grand high roof, the bride and groom are the framed up by the tall Victorian style columns which is lovely to photograph.
The Melbourne Town Hall always offers incredible variety of backdrops for wedding photographs.
After the ceremony, Danielle and Matthew had access to the different rooms adjacent to the balcony. You can see in these photos, we were able to photograph aspects of the hall, with some incredible light for these portraits
